Girls love to hate her and guys love to watch her. With such a unique and guiltless face, it’s no wonder the actress is becoming more and more admired each day.

Bilson started grooming for her part as the spoiled Orange County young teen long before she even thought about acting as a career. Showing a natural talent for dramatics, she admits to being pampered by her older brothers and parents, always getting what she wanted, which matches her on-screen character perfectly. Her parents were able to see the raw talent in their daughter at a young age and encouraged her to start acting and performing wherever possible. She took her first role at age 7 when she was cast next to comedian Louie Anderson in the 1988 comedy “The Wrong Guys”, about five former cub scouts who have a reunion and go camping on the mountain they never conquered as kids.

A small role in the television miniseries “Human Target” (1992) also gave her the chance to polish her acting skills while attending Notre Dame High School in Sherman Oaks, California. After graduating, she jump head long into building her career and continuously auditioned for parts not only in film and television, but also theatre. She appeared in several theater plays including small productions of “Bye Bye Birdie, “Once Upon a Mattress,” and “The Crucible.”

The young actress then appeared in the lead role of the dramatic short "Unbroken" in 2003. The project explored a sexual abuse victim who tries to put her life back together the morning after the incident. It was a sensitive issue for such a young actress but she pulled it off with flying colors gaining critical acclaim for her portrayal. She then starred alongside Zach Braff and Casey Affleck in the romantic comedy "The Last Kiss" (2006), a movie about love, marriage, deceit, betrayal and loyalty when a young couple are pulled apart by temptation.

Bilson got her big break in the 2007 action film "Jumper" starring alongside big hitters Hayden Christensen and Jamie Bell, where a genetic anomaly allows a young man to teleport himself anywhere, and he discovers this gift has existed for centuries and finds himself in a war that has been raging for thousands of years between "Jumpers" and those who have sworn to kill them.

Rachel had hit the big leagues and was now acknowledged by critics and audiences alike as a new Hollywood up and comer, and somebody to keep an eye on. They would not be disappointed by her next star packed project "New York, I Love You" (2009) starring Blake Lively, Orlando Bloom, Kevin Bacon and Ethan Hawke.
